Hearts of Hope CC is a nonprofit dedicated to strengthening our community by caring for both seniors and children
For seniors, We provide meals, rescued food, social activities and compassionate support.
For kids, we provide safe rides to church and faith-filled programs that help them grow in love and hope.
Together, we are building a more connected community.
